NCLEX Cost from Nigeria: USD, CAD, Naira & Travel Budget Planner

Official sources checked September 22, 2026.

Quick answer

There is no single total NCLEX cost in naira. Separate regulator and credential costs, examination charges, Nigerian document costs, travel and later-stage screening. Use the planner below with your own current quotes and exchange rates; blank fields remain unbudgeted.

Official examination charges and dates

For current registration, the official table lists US$200 for U.S. licensure or C$360 for Canadian registration. Additional international scheduling is US$150 or C$150 respectively, with applicable taxes. From February 1, 2027, announced registration fees are US$350 and C$570. The planner leaves future international scheduling unconfirmed rather than assuming today’s additional fee will persist.

Build a travel budget from actual quotes

Choose the test country and appointment before treating a flight or hotel quotation as usable. Record airfare, transit or entry costs, accommodation, local transport, meals and a contingency. A country listed as an NCLEX location does not guarantee that you can enter it or obtain your preferred slot. Use the destination’s official immigration guidance for your circumstances.

Keep unknown and later-stage costs visible

NMCN’s public verification amounts differ, so enter the amount confirmed through its official process. Evaluation and English-test charges depend on the service and provider. Keep VisaScreen and other later-stage expenses separate from the application/exam subtotal; they are not a universal NCLEX admission fee. USD, CAD and NGN must not be added without an explicit conversion.

Plan your next steps

  1. Choose U.S. or Canadian licensure and the regulator.
  2. Confirm registration period and test-country category.
  3. Enter current provider and document quotes.
  4. Add travel costs and your bank’s exchange rates.
  5. Review blank fields, taxes and later-stage costs before relying on the subtotal.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Presenting an example naira conversion as today’s exchange rate.
  • Calling a partial subtotal the total journey cost.

Common questions

How much does the entire NCLEX process cost from Nigeria?

There is no verified universal total. Add regulator, evaluation, examination, NMCN, school, language and travel costs as applicable. Keep later-stage screening separate and distinguish confirmed fees from missing quotes. The planner displays partial subtotals explicitly.

How much should I budget in naira for NCLEX, CGFNS and travel?

Enter the actual USD/CAD service charges and your current NGN exchange rates, then add Nigerian document and travel quotes. Include applicable taxes and payment charges. A fixed naira figure without those assumptions can become misleading quickly.
