Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-11

RN Clarity values your privacy. We collect only what we need to deliver the Service.

What we collect

  • Account email and hashed password.
  • Practice attempts, timing, and accuracy — used to power your weakness map and study plan.
  • Tutor chat content — used only to generate your responses and improve service quality.
  • Pseudonymous usage analytics when you accept optional cookies, and limited cookieless measurement described below.

Private account and service reports

Authorized administrators can review saved learning activity, exam progress, account preferences, support-ticket status and confirmed billing records to operate and support RN Clarity. Successful sign-ins and limited authenticated connection observations may include an approximate country, device category, browser family and operating system. Country is resolved locally from the connection address; we do not store that raw IP address, full user-agent string or precise coordinates in these reports. Network location can be inaccurate and does not establish nationality or residence. Optional usage measurements remain subject to their stated cookie choices and measurement limits. Private reports are not visible to other students or publicly searchable.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share study performance with third parties beyond the AI providers used to generate tutor responses.

Cookies we set

We keep our cookie footprint deliberately small. These include:

  • rnclarity_session — essential. Server-set HttpOnly cookie containing your signed session token. Required for sign-in. Deleted when you log out.
  • consent — essential. Records the choice you made on the cookie banner (all or essential). Lasts one year. We use it only to avoid re-showing the banner and to gate optional analytics.
  • _ga and _ga_* — optional Google Analytics cookies, enabled after analytics consent.

Optional analytics and purchase measurement

With your consent, Google Analytics measures page visits, app feature use, navigation, engagement, checkout starts and confirmed book or membership purchases. Purchase events include a transaction identifier, product or plan, currency and amount. These measurements help us understand how visitors find RN Clarity and improve the service. We do not send account emails, passwords, patient information, tutor conversations or question answers in these analytics events. Google Analytics event-level retention is set to 14 months; required billing records are retained separately.

With essential cookies only, Google Advanced Consent Mode sends limited cookieless signals, such as page activity, consent status, basic device information and a sanitized referrer. Google may use eligible signals for aggregate modelling. Analytics cookies are not enabled in this mode; we do not send account identifiers, transaction identifiers, study answers or chat content in our limited events. Cookieless measurement does not provide a complete individual visitor history. Advertising storage and advertising personalization remain disabled.

Our private business reports use confirmed billing records for book purchases, membership payments, renewals and refunds regardless of your analytics-cookie choice. These records support accounting and service delivery; they are not automatically sent to Google Analytics without your analytics consent.

You can use RN Clarity with essential cookies only. Changing the choice below stops or enables future analytics-cookie storage and detailed optional analytics; limited cookieless measurement continues. It does not delete data previously collected.

Current choice: Optional analytics not enabled.

Yuva website support

Yuva uses prepared website answers. When you open chat, we record a conversation identifier, entry page, device category and language. Submitted questions, the answers shown, helpfulness feedback and navigation events may be retained for up to 90 days to improve support. We filter obvious contact details and sensitive terms, but filtering is not perfect. Do not enter passwords, payment details or patient information.

Support requests use your submitted name, email and message to handle your request. Optional marketing email preferences are recorded separately, with the wording of your consent. You can withdraw the preference in the chat after saving it, unsubscribe from marketing emails, or contact us to withdraw consent or request deletion. Installation and browser notification permissions are separate choices.

Your rights

You can delete your account in Settings > Danger Zone or contact support for help with deletion or a data export request. Account deletion removes your account and associated study records. Some support, billing or other records may be retained where required or permitted by law.

Request RN Clarity account deletion

You can request deletion from the website without installing the app.

  1. Sign in to your RN Clarity account and open Settings > Danger Zone.
  2. Choose Delete my account, read the confirmation and type DELETE. Submit the confirmation to permanently delete the account.
  3. If you cannot sign in, use our account support form or email support@rnclarity.com from your registered email address. State that you want your RN Clarity account and associated study data deleted. We need to verify ownership before acting. Never send a password or verification code.

Data removed: your account and associated practice attempts, mock results, flashcard progress, AI tutor conversations and achievements. Some support and billing records may be retained where required or permitted by law.

Payments: account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. For an active website Monthly renewal, first open Settings > Subscription and cancel renewal. If deletion cannot confirm that billing has stopped, follow the displayed instructions or contact support. Any Apple or Google subscription must be managed in that store; deleting an RN Clarity account does not cancel store billing.

Files on your device: ShiftMate records are stored locally. Use ShiftMate’s clear-data controls to remove them. PDFs you already saved or shared remain in the destination you chose; delete those copies there if required.

Deletion is permanent. Keep any records you need before confirming.
