Identify the service your regulator actually accepts

Credential evaluation, regulator assessment and immigration-related screening are distinct tasks. Ask the destination regulator which service and report, if any, it requires before paying.

  • Exact report or service name.
  • Approved provider and recipient.
  • School, licence and translation evidence needed.

Avoid duplicating document costs

A verification used for GCC employment may have a different purpose or recipient from the report needed for a U.S., Canadian or Australian application. Ask before assuming it transfers.

  • Check whether an existing report can be sent to the new recipient.
  • Ask about additional-recipient and update costs.
  • Match the applicant name and original institution.

Keep immigration screening separate

VisaScreen is a health-care-worker credential screening service; it is not a visa, job offer or nursing licence. Its applicability depends on your immigration circumstances. Check the official service information and obtain advice appropriate to your case.

  • Identify the licensure requirement first.
  • Identify any separate immigration requirement.
  • Do not buy a service just because another candidate used it.
